the wash type and providing an opportunity to upsell the customer to membership.

      • The account creation step (email and phone number collection) is the last step of
        the process before checkout.

      • Headers and Sub Headers driven by dynamic text are available on every screen/step,
providing your attendants with a smooth and clear sales process that doesn’t rely on

The New and Improved Attendant Mode Configurations:

  • With the addition of the Wizard, we felt it was time that Attendant Mode receive its very

where you will go to configure both the Wizard and your legacy Attendant Mode settings.

    • Attendant Mode Tab – This tab is home to all the Attendant Mode configurations
you are used to seeing with some small tweaks to normalize the wording of the
fields and make them more consistent with one another.

      • The checkbox inputs that previously controlled the visibility of the add
vehicle screens in the sign-up flow have been replaced with a new
dropdown input called “Add Vehicle on Signup Approach” to make the
        configuration more readily understandable.

      • Inputs have been updated to all use “Show”, “Allow” and “Collect” verbiage
(instead of a combination of “Show”, “Hide”, “Allow”, “Enable”, “Disable”,
        “Collect”, “Do not collect”).

      • The following table outlines how each configuration option on the new form
        maps to the retired input.

3. Feature Improvements

  • New External API Endpoints.

    • Gift Card Purchasing, Redemption & History

      • api-user/giftcard/get-invoice

      • api-user/giftcard/purchase

      • api-user/giftcard/resend

      • api-user/giftcard/redeem

      • api-user/giftcard/get-history

    • Update User Info

      • api-user/update

  • Added a new configuration to restrict members from pulling wash codes. You can now
choose to restrict members from pulling membership wash codes via the app. If you set the
“Allow members to pull wash codes” field on the General Configurations form to FALSE,
when the customer clicks “Get a Wash”, they will be prompted to see an attendant for help.

    • Dynamic Text: MEMBER_WASH_CODE_NOT_ALLOWED_HEADER and
      MEMBER_WASH_CODE_NOT_ALLOWED_DETAILS

    • Brand Image: MemberWashCodeNotAllowed

  • Added deal redemption as a Customer Journey trigger and evaluation. We’ve expanded
customer journeys to include the redemption of a deal as a trigger to kick off a customer
journey. The deal redemption evaluation lets you check if the deal that was redeemed is a
particular deal and if so, complete a follow up evaluation or action.

4. Other Enhancements

  • Added a configuration to allow control over the visibility of the “All Deals” tab on the deals
screen. If “Show All Deals tab on deals screen” is not set to TRUE, the All-Deals tab will be
    hidden, only showing local deals.

  • Updated the Legacy Members page in the portal to always be visible. Previously, the legacy
member data was only visible if the “Enable POS Migration” field was set to TRUE. This
change will allow customers that have already launched new build sites to more easily
prepare for launching legacy sites that require membership conversion.

  • Updated the verbiage on the Edit Vehicle screen Active Discount section in app to make the
monthly charge (reflective of the total discount being applied) more clear.

  • Removed the ability to delete system generated comments in portal and restricted delete of manual comments to users with Admin level role or higher.

5. Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that required a configurable page to be selected before saving a new or updating
an existing app menu item in portal.

  • Fixed a bug that caused new fleet users to not be saved successfully if any of the user emails
in the batch were already existing users for that fleet account.

  • Fixed a bug that allowed a coupon with Pay Per Wash Invoice metadata to be incorrectly
    applied to subscription purchases.

  • Fixed a bug where the tax rate uploader was failing when there were greater than 4,000
    records being uploaded.
