PRODUCTION RELEASE NOTES – June 11th, 2024

In addition to the following features and enhancements, the AMP team has been busy working on tunnel
management and deep vehicle recognition. The AMP POS, including the AMP kiosk and loader for tunnels, will be live in August!

1. NEW FEATURE – Allow Your Customers to Pause Within the Mobile App

One more churn prevention tactic for your arsenal, you can now choose to allow your customers to
pause themselves through the mobile app.

  • This feature can be turned on or off via a new configuration in General Configurations >
Membership Parameters > Pausing called “Allow in app pause subscriptions”.

  • The existing max pause months setting used to configure pausing through the portal will
apply to in app pauses, as well.

  • When turned on, users will have the ability to access a “Pause Your Plan” option on the
    Manage Membership screen

    • For Pay Per Vehicle this screen is found through the Garage’s vehicle screen

    • For Pay Per User this screen is found through the User Settings menu

  • Members can unpause themselves at any time through the mobile app and Admins/CSRs
can unpause members at any time through the portal

2. NEW FEATURE – Ability to restrict usage of VOIP numbers for account creation.

You can now control whether you want to allow VOIP phone numbers (Internet-based numbers that
can be used to mask a traditional phone number and can be leveraged to allow a user to create
multiple accounts using a single device) to be used to create accounts in the mobile app.

  • A new setting is now present in General Configurations > Membership Parameters >
    Membership section

  • When “Allow VOIP phone number accounts” is unchecked, users who attempt to add a VOIP
phone number to their account will not be allowed to do so and encounter a message
notifying them they must use a non-VIOP phone number to move forward.

3. NEW FEATURE – Dynamic Dropdown Values

Dynamic Dropdowns values are used in the mobile app to allow you to set custom options that will
be used in dropdown inputs in certain forms. These options can now be edited directly in the portal
under App Configuration > Dynamic Dropdown Values, giving you control over the display name,
order of list items and the ability to add or delete options from the following areas:

  1. Cancellation Reasons

  2. Need Assistance Options

  3. Wallet Credit Adjustment Reasons

  4. Reissued Kiosk Code Reasons

  5. AMP POS Bailout Reasons

  6. How Did You Hear About Us Options

4. Feature Improvements

  • Improvements to the Legacy Member Migration Flow

    • Updated the UI for a more modern look/feel

    • Reduced the flow by one screen (consolidated the information confirmation screen
and license plate entry screen, pre-populating the license plate with the legacy
      license plate information)

    • Added the ability to migrate multiple memberships under one account in a signle
      Attendant Mode Wizard interaction

    • Added additional dynamic text

  • Customer Journey Additions

    • Cancelation Reason Evaluation

    • Active Promo Code Evaluation

    • Apply Promo Code/Coupon to Active Subscription Action
Please reach out to [email protected] for help getting started using these new Customer Journey additions.

  • Added Additional Use Cases for Attendant’s to Pull Member Wash Codes When They Are Restricted to Pulling Member Wash Codes Within a Set Period of Time

    • As a reminder, there is an Attendant Mode setting called “Minutes Allowed to Pull Membership Wash Code After RFID Assignment or Member Signup” that restricts Attendant’s ability to pull member wash codes within a set period of time after they have helped that member signup or applied a new RFID to their account.

    • Now, if this setting is greater than zero and either of the following conditions is met the Attendant will still be able to pull a wash code for the user:

      • The user is a fleet pay per user member

      • The user’s membership has an integration error specific to that location’s POS integration

5. Bug Fixes and other enhancements

  • Tax rates are now assigned to subscriptions based on the legacy location zip code.

  • Optimized the kiosk transaction table to load faster and added new options for searching
    and sorting transactions.

  • Updated the customer name on the kiosk transaction table to link directly to the user edit
    form for that customer.

  • Logging additional data for reporting purposes

    • Remote Washes | Added timestamps to Voided_On and Revoked_On data

    • Mobile User Activity | Capture point in time pricing detail for add-on purchases

  • Added Self-Serve and Wifi as Location Service options on the Location form

  • Poppy and Josefin Sans fonts added as in app fonts

6. “In the Background” Work for Future Releases

    portal)

    POC
