In this article, we will walk you through the customer setup process from Attendant Mode.

To sign up a customer via attendant mode, follow these steps:
Open the app, then click the triple dots in the bottom right corner to access the "More" menu.
Click on "Attendant Mode":
Once in Attendant Mode, click on "Attendant Wizard":
This can be used to either create a new app account or locate a pre-existing account if the customer already has one.
You can locate their account via their name, phone number, or license plates that may already be on the account.
Scroll down on their account page and select "Add new vehicle & plan" or "Manage Membership" if they have the vehicle on their account already.
Add the vehicle's state and plate information, and click Add vehicle.
Select the plan and continue.
Enter the Customer's payment information, make sure to enter any promo codes or referral codes they might have. Click "Checkout" when complete.
The next page will ask for a customer signature, if configured. Have them sign their signature on your device, and the customer will be set with their new plan.
Have the customer open their app and enter their information to confirm that they are set up and ready to get a wash.
