Adding/Updating Customer RFIDs in the App

Changing or modifying a customer's RFID Number can be done in attendant mode through the app.

To add or update RFID numbers, the attendant must either be at a site that uses RFIDs or the employee must geo-locate to a site that uses RFIDs.

Users with access to geo-locate to a different location can use the banner at the top of Attendant mode to select a site.

To add or update a customer's RFID, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "More" menu in the bottom right corner (triple-dot).

  2. Click on "Attendant Mode."

  3. Select the "Look Up Existing Customer" button.

  4. Search for the customer by their email address, phone number, or name. You can also search by their license plate number or VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Select their account in the search results.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Manage Membership."

  6. Select the vehicle that requires RFID modification.

  7. Select "Change" or "Assign" in the "RFID Tag Number" box.

  8. You can either capture the RFID number through the camera on your device, or click Enter Manually to type in the code.

    The new RFID will be synced back to the legacy POS system. As a reminder, that process may take 15 minutes. If the user needs to get a wash immediately, please generate a wash code through the app.
