You can add or modify a customer's credit card using attendant mode. Available payment entry methods include:
Manual entry - Type in card details directly.
Scan card - Requires camera access; you'll still need to manually enter expiration date, CVC, and zip code.
Tap to pay - For RFID-enabled cards; requires a Stripe reader.
To add a credit card for a customer using attendant mode, follow these steps:
Click the "More" menu in the bottom-right corner (triple-dot).
Click on "Attendant Mode."
Click on "Look Up Existing Customer."
Search for the customer by their email address, phone number, or name. You can also search by their license plate number or VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). Select their account in the search results.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Manage Membership."
Click on the vehicle that contains the subscription.
Under Payment Method, click "Change."
To add a new credit card, click "Add new payment method."
