Customers may download their 10 most recent receipts at any time through the app. However, invoices/receipts in the portal expire after 30 days.
If a customer requests invoices older than 30 days, you may access those through Stripe.
To download a customer's invoice through Stripe, follow these steps:
Log in to Stripe and search for the user's account by email.
On the customer's account, scroll down to the section titled "Invoices."
Find the invoice you need, and click on the triple-dot to the right of the invoice.
Click "Download PDF" from the drop-down menu as shown.
