Precise location settings are required to use the app. The app will most often fail to recognize location for one of two reasons:

  • Global location settings are turned off for the device.

  • App Specific location settings are not properly configured.

To troubleshoot location settings using the app, use the following steps:

  1. Open the app, and click on the More menu (triple-dot) in the bottom right corner.

  2. Click User Settings.

  3. Click on Manage App Permissions.

  4. Click on Location Settings.

  5. Please ensure that Location is enabled as shown. This is the Global location setting for the device.

  6. Next, select App permissions.

  7. On your app's page, ensure that anything other than Never is selected for location access, and that Precise Location is enabled as shown. These are the app-specific location settings.
