Customers can update their vehicle information (license plates, color, make, model, etc.) via the Garage section of the app. However, customers are limited to changing their vehicle information once every 30 days.
Note: if your organization uses RFID tags, customers will need to visit one of your wash locations to get assistance from on-site personnel to update their tags.
To edit a vehicle's information, follow these steps:
Open the app and select the Garage icon from the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Click the vehicle you wish to modify to open the Edit Vehicle screen.
On the Edit Vehicle screen, press Update Vehicle to modify a vehicle's information.
Note: If the Update Vehicle option is missing, then the customer has edited their vehicle once in the past 30 days. Customers in this situation will need to receive assistance from your support personnel who have access to the portal.
Once the changes have been made to the vehicle, click Modify to save.
