If a customer receives a gift card to use in the app, follow these steps to redeem the gift card. This will automatically deposit the credits to their account, and can be used for retail washes, subscriptions, prepaid washes, and more!
Open the app and click on the “More” menu (triple-dot) in the bottom right corner.
Click on Gift Cards.
Click on the Transfer to Wallet button.
The customer should have received a code in their email when they received the gift card. Enter the code in the field and hit Redeem when complete.
The gift card balance will be available immediately and credited to the customer's account. The balance will display when the customer purchases a wash or a membership at the Checkout screen.
