If a phone times out and locks while idle, the wash screen may disappear from view. Customers can easily retrieve their numeric, bar, or QR codes by navigating to My Usage History in the app.
To view a previously obtained code from My Usage History, follow these steps:
Open the “More” menu by clicking the triple-dot in the bottom right of the screen.
Click on “My Usage History.”
Click on the most recent transaction.
The code should present itself again, and the wash will still be valid.
