Customer may view an invoice at any time through their app. This is particularly helpful for customers who keep receipts for posterity or who need them for workplace reimbursement.
Note: At this time, customers may view the 10 most recent invoices.
To find customer receipts and invoices in the app, use the following steps:
Open the app and click on the “More” menu (triple-dot) in the bottom right corner.
Select User Settings.
Press View Payment History.
Click on the receipt you wish to view. In this example, we are clicking on an invoice for $9.90.
The customer has the option to download the invoice or a receipt directly to their device.
